Mandela Day Wellness Program

Our Mandela Day wellness program at St. Philomena’s Children’s Home was a huge success. Sewa International SA organized a comprehensive wellness program at St. Philomena’s Children’s Home, focusing on holistic health and well-being. We also painted 8 rooms.

We also had the privilege of providing nutritious and hearty meals at St. Thomas Children’s Home, ensuring everyone had a day filled with love and care.

Health Check-Ups and Eye Tests

3 Optometrists conducted eye tests, identifying five children and one adult needing glasses, which Sewa International SA provided free of charge.

Career Talks and Counseling

It started with a power packed life coaching session where girls learnt about empowerment and personal development. 2 Guests speakers gave career talks, inspiring the girls with stories of professional growth and encouraging them to pursue various career paths.

Nutritional Support

Nutritious food items, including fruits and vegetables, were distributed to St. Philomena’s and St. Thomas Children’s Home, ensuring balanced meals for the children.

Physical and Mental Wellness Activities

Interactive activities, including Yog Session and Laughing session, promoted physical fitness and mental health among the children.
